Gamma spectrometry in brief
Gamma spectrometry consists of measuring the natural radioactivity coming from the ground. This radioactivity is due to the decay of 3 elements : uranium, thorium and potassium. The study of gamma radiation allows us to deduce the mineralogical composition of the soil.
Applications
Characterization of soil texture
Polluted sites and soils (mapping of the heterogeneity of pollution
Agriculture / viticulture: clayey soil
Geological mapping and exploration of mineral resources
Multi-scale acquisition
We adapt the choice of our sensor and our vector at the surface of the study area and at the resolution you need.
High resolution few km² surfaces
High resolution Few tens of km²
steep terrain Few tens of km²
High productivity more than 100 km² surfaces
A controlled process
